I love the rock foundation of this place. The water comes down from the mountain and is ice cold--winter and summer. No matter how hot the summer is.

This is a cool looking picture!
I love rock foundations. Our OLD farmhouse sits on large stones without any basement. It was guilt in 1900 so has a lot of years on it. The water wheel in this shot is beautiful, too. This is quite an impressive structure.
