From a country road...

First, I have a request: would you please check to see if you have the embedded comment on your blog...I have real problems with that because cannot comment without allowing 3rd party cookies and due to some problems I do not like to turn them on. I know I am not the only one having these problems, though I don't think all are due to the third party cookie issue.

To change your comment form:

Go to your dashboard
Click Settings
Click on Comments

and preferably Click the Pop-up one...

It is so convenient when I have not been able to blog. and there are a lot of posts I have missed. But even if you want the full page one, I can still comment with no problems. I for one would really appreciate this...and know a lot of people feel the same way.

Tennessee barn

Another barn from Tennessee....there is something about this that I really like. I think it has a dream like quality...almost.

Little cabin in the shade

I am not sure which caught my eye first: the tiny log cabin or the big weeping willow. I love both, but have no idea what the tiny cabin would be used for. It really is small. This was seen on Tennessee backroad.

Another quilt barn....

You can for sure tell this is a drive by....the motion shows more since it is out the side window...and you can see the reflection. I think this may be their attempt at the Turkey Tracks quilt block...that is what mom always called it. I have also seen it called Wandering Foot.

Grainy quilt barn....

This is a drive by I took on our way to Tennessee....here a week or so ago. I think it was taken from I-75. Also, go here and see the one Lois took just a bit after I took mine. Hers is much better quality if you click and enlarge them both. It is not quite midway down on that page. I saw her post, and thought boy that looks familiar...so went and check my photos and there my version was. I sent her a copy of mine...you look close to see that they are taken at slightly different angles.

We passed this barn today...no place convenient to pull off so just snapped this as we drove by. I keep my camera on shutter priority, and usually have the shutter speed at 320 or 400, and adjust everything else accordingly.
